About Department
The Department of Chemistry at Moreshwar Arts, Science, and Commerce College is renowned as one of the leading departments in the science faculty. It was established in June 1999 for undergraduate students and later expanded to include postgraduate programs in June 2018. Over the years, the faculty of chemistry has made significant contributions to the field of chemistry. The department is committed to providing high-quality teaching and state-of-the-art laboratory facilities to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. It offers a three-year undergraduate degree course and a two-year postgraduate course in chemistry. These programs are designed based on the curriculum and guidelines set by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad, ensuring that the education provided is in line with the university standards. With a focus on excellence in education and research, the Department of Chemistry aims to prepare students for successful careers in various fields related to chemistry.It strives to foster a deep understanding of the subject among its students and encourages them to participate in research and practical applications of chemistry.
