About Department
The Department of English is an important department in Moreshwar Arts Science and Commerce College Bhokardan. This Department was established with establishment of college itself in August 1996. But the subject English (Optional) was introduced in June, 1999. The Department English imparts instructions in the Subject of English and programmes prepared by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad at under graduate level.
The Department provides teaching facilities in the subject of English at compulsory and optional levels. The Department imparts instructions for the three years degree course designed by the University.
Objectives
- To create interest among the students for English as English is global language.
- To bring minimum level of understanding to weak student in English.
- To acquaint the students with a keen and subtle way in which the English language is used.
- To develop the four skills in English in student personality.
- To promote the students for ‘Research Attitude’
