The institution is located in the rural and educationally backward region of Marathwada. One of the distinct features of our institution is that more than eighty percent of our students belong to backward strata of the society. We constantly modify our activities for overall development of students and the benefit of society. Apart from regular teaching-learning, and evaluation activities, the institution implements different strategies for meeting its stated vision and mission.
Apart from regular education, the college is imparting various extracurricular activities which are very helpful to farmers of this area. Soil checking camp, veterinary camp, information regarding crop diseases and remedies of prevention, etc. activities are undertaken by the college’s NSS unit.
As Marathwada region has become farmers’ suicide center due to drought and other natural calamities, the college is trying to its best level to help the farmers. The college charges no fees to wards farmers who committed suicide.
The college regularly conducts Blood Donation Camp on the birthday of institution’s Treasurer, Shri. Santosh Patil Danve (MLA).
